SPR sensors, avidin, regenerable, 2 pieces

This special sensor has a special surface and can be coated with a special avidin variant in a regenerable way (included in the kit) and then bind biotinylated proteins. This makes the sensor suitable for the binding characterization of relatively large proteins (>10kDa) and the indirect assay of small molecules. 

The sensor can be regenerated many times and is therefore a very inexpensive alternative for the immobilization of various proteins.

Contains 2 regenerable sensors, 1 mg avidin and regeneration buffer. Quantities sufficient for up to 40 cycles.
